DWI DISMISSED AFTER TESTING .119 ON BLOOD ALCOHOL TEST
I was arrested for a DWI because the police said my vehicle was stopped in the middle of the intersection and that I was asleep at the wheel while the vehicle was running. After they administered field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer test, the allegation was that my blood alcohol level was a .119 with the legal limit being .08.
